Chittersnap was the true source of Devargo Barvasi’s famed power over spiders. The ettercap laired in the bowels of Eel’s End, tending to the herd of dream spiders that provided venom for Devargo’s Shiver lab and feasting on whoever the crimelord deigned to drop in through the trap door in his throne room.

Chittersnap was forced out of Eel’s End when the party boarded the ship, confronted Devargo, and killed his pet spiders. The ettercap managed to escape into the city, but was hunted and killed by the druid Faunra.
