A dwarven merchant in Korvosa who serves as a middleman between the craftsmen of Janderhoff and the rest of the world, he stubbornly refuses to pay protection fees to the Cerulean Society. He employed the Iron Fists to guard his trading house from thieves, but they broke their contract to hunt the party. At present, he and his two dogs are guarding the place by themselves.

Harrad is working with Lord Alek Farima to establish trade relations between Janderhoff and southern Garund.
