A former Guardsman and leader of the Cow Hammer Boys, Parns gave the group its name with his signature butcher’s tool/weapon.

He escaped the party’s assault on All the World’s Meat and together with Karralo continued their operations from a lair in the sewers, kidnapping priests for cannibalistic rituals performed by the Urgathoan priestess Lucra. Parns appears to have had a thing for her and was slain trying to protect her.
