An initiate of the Grand Cathedral of Pharasma, Pavo has had dealings with Ashla Blacktree during her patrols. He also makes regular trips to the Gold Market to buy supplies for the cathedral.

On a recent trip, he was ambushed and kidnapped by the Cow Hammer Boys, who took him into there lair in the sewers where he was to be sacrificed by the Urgathoan priestess Lucra in a cannibalistic ritual. Thankfully, The Party was tipped off by Acolyte Ramara about his disappearance and tracked him down in time to rescue him with the help of Grau Soldado and Remmy.
