The Sea Hag and her companion shark took up residence in the wreck of the Direption shortly after the vessel was sunk by the Korvosan Guard. Together, they were responsible for massacring a Sable Company diving team.

The party encountered the hag and her shark during their own investigation of the Direption, ultimately slaying both after a fierce battle inside the ship’s tilted decks.
