Curse of the Crimson Throne
Irori
The Master of Masters
The god of history, knowledge, and self-perfection, he was once a mortal man who achieved absolute physical and mental perfection and thus attained divinity—the only mortal to have accomplished this feat without passing the test of the Starstone.
His core center of worship is in the Impossible Kingdoms of Vudra, but his faith has flowed far and wide along the corridors of trade—although in many places within Avistan, he is still considered a foreign god.
Irori holds enlightenment and the quests for knowledge and self-perfection of both body and mind above all. Many of his followers combine this quest into unique martial arts practices.
His holy symbol is an open hand within a circle.
Irori in Korvosa
Thanks to House Arkona’s extensive trade with Vudra, there are a surprising number of Irori’s faithful within Korvosa and his shrine within the Pantheon of the Many is kept immaculate. However, his religion has yet to extend much beyond the city’s Vudran population.
