Deyanira and her brother Ruan are trying to make a go of it as musicians, though the Korvosan animosity towards Varisians is making it difficult for them. She works as a chorus girl at the Marbledome, were Ruan plays the ocarina in the orchestra there.

Deyanira has asked the party to investigate her brother’s disappearance.
