Captain Kargann is one of the leaders of the Bekyar slaving ring in Korvosa. He is captain of the Scorpion’s Kiss, a black-hulled, red-sailed ship connected to a variety of slave raids.

Kargann was decapitated in a single blow by Ser Arlynn Farima during a raid on the village of Harse.
