The daughter of Bekara, Kel is a Varisian girl who developed a friendship with Nathaly, one of Pestico’s Daughters. Kel ran away to join Nathaly after the girl spied the fabled hero Blackjack racing through the Shingles one evening.

The party eventually convinced Kel to return home.
