A formerly tenure-tracked professor at the Acadamae, Troska’s career was derailed when her erstwhile research partner, the toymaker Pestico, upstaged her by unlocking the secret to soulbound dolls first. Unfortunately, Troska had gone deep into debt to Devargo Barvasi in order to fund their research and is now on the hook for it.

She is also suffering from a fatal heart defect that can only be cured by a greater miracle. The party was able to provide her with the funds to get her illness treated after they attacked and looted Eel’s End.
